Programs

Partial Hospitalization Program 

For patients who need or require maximum support during this transition, the Partial Hospitalization Program provides more comprehensive and extended services five days a week. This includes group therapy, individual therapy, psychiatric assessment, and specialized nursing.

Intensive Outpatient Program/Outpatient Counseling 

For more stable clients, the Intensive Outpatient Program/Outpatient Counseling offers services from one-to-three days a week, providing a more concentrated therapeutic environment than a traditional outpatient setting. This includes group therapy, individual therapy, psychiatric assessment, and specialized nursing.

Experienced Staff Transitional behavioral health services are provided by some of the finest health care practitioners in our area. Working hand-in-hand with your doctor, our team of psychiatrists, doctors, social workers, therapists and specialized nurses will provide assessments and treatment plans to meet the needs of the patient and family. As with any other medical program, your right to privacy is always protected

Referrals 

May be made by a psychiatrist, personal physician, hospital, mental health professional or agency, family member, concerned friend or by self-referral.
